Intelex offers a library of software designed to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of business processes by tracking, reporting and managing key corporate data. The software can be applied to many business purposes including document control, audits management and training management and is frequently used to maintain compliance with EHSQ legislation and voluntary standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and others. Each application within the Intelex system can be used as a standalone solution or seamlessly integrated with other Intelex applications.

  • Upload & Store Any Document — Upload any type of document in any file format including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio), PDF, WordPerfect, AutoCAD, scanned documents and images and many more.
  • Document Tracking — Track who is doing what, when, where and how. Track the number of individuals reading documents, related user information, date, time and document status.
  • Revision Tracking — Track all review and revision histories, approval histories, distribution histories and change requests associated with documents
  • File Archiving — Automatically archive old versions of documents and maintain a secure historical record of all document related data for legal and knowledge preservation purposes as well as internal and external audits.
  • Document Distribution — Create distribution lists consisting of individuals, groups, departments and locations for quick and easy communication. When new or revised documents are released, automated email notifications are triggered to those requiring access.
  • Document Security — A robust central security management console enables access to the modules, locations and functionality to be controlled for each user and user group. Set security controls to ensure individuals, groups, departments and locations have appropriate access to proprietary documentation.
  • Automatic Escalating Email Notifications — Ensure tasks are completed on time with automated, escalating emails to individual employees, departments, locations, etc. triggered when an action needs to be taken in relation to a document.

The Intelex System is available in two different hosting models: the Application Service Provider (ASP) model and the Enterprise model.
